Morning Report : Features

What is it?

Your Morning Report is a summary of the previous day’s activity in your account as well as market activity that is of interest to your Clients.  Two versions of this report are produced for you:

1. Email Morning Report - This report is delivered to the inbox of the email address that you supplied to Listingbook when you activated your account. The email version of the Morning Report is a high-level overview of the previous day's activity.

2. Online Morning Report - This report resides within the Listingbook system and has all of the detailed information that is summarized in the email version of the Morning Report.

The following information is available (if there is activity) in the Morning Report:

1. Open Houses & Featured Listings - Open Houses that your Clients have been invited to and Featured Listings that match your Clients’ Home Finders.

2. Today's Activity - Today’s activity that shows listings that your Clients have viewed, selected as favorites, and listing activity in your Clients’ Home finders.

3. My Listings - As a listing agent, you can see the user activity of your listings and the competition’s activity of your listings.

4. Special Messages - The email version of your Morning Report can include important announcements to keep you informed.

5. Calendar - Reminders of your tasks and appointments for the current and next day will appear in the email version of this report.

6. Messages & Notes - Any messages or notes left by your Clients will be presented to you in the email version of this report.

How do I use it?

The Morning Report is automatically generated for you IF there has been market or system activity that relates to your Clients or your listings. The email version of the Morning Report is a gateway into the Listingbook system and all links contained within the email will take you directly into the system.

The Online Morning Report allows you to view activity by category or Client. The default sort order is by category. To view activity by Client, simply select the "Client Name" option in the "Sort" drop down at the top of the page.

Additionally, Listingbook allows you to view your previous Morning Report. To view your previous Morning Report, select the "Previous Morning Report" option from the "View" drop down at the top of the page.

Safe Sender List

An increasing number of email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) are including spam blockers that can affect delivery and display of some email messages. This means that sometimes those desired email communications might not reach you, or they might be displayed without images.

To ensure that you continue receiving your Listingbook Morning Reports or other email, and that they display properly, we recommend adding the email address or domain to your list of safe senders for the necessary email service. Here are some instructions to help you do that:

Microsoft Outlook (2003 or later):

•From the Tools menu, select Options.

•On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail to open the Junk E-mail Options dialog box.

•Click the Safe Senders tab.

•Click Add.

•Enter the email address and click OK. To add the entire Listingbook domain, enter Listingbook.com instead of the email address. Click OK in the Junk E-mail Options window.

If you have an email message from Listingbook, from that message you can also:

•From the Actions menu, select Junk E-mail then either Add Sender to Safe Senders List or Add Sender’s Domain to Safe Senders List.

•In Outlook 2007, if you have the message open in a separate window, you also can click the Safe Lists option in the Junk E-mail tab of the Ribbon and choose either Add Sender to Safe Senders List or Add Sender’s Domain to Safe Senders List.

NOTE:  If Automatic Picture Download is turned off, messages from or to email addresses or domain names on the Safe Senders and Safe Recipients Lists will be treated as exceptions and the blocked content will be downloaded.

Microsoft Outlook 2000 and Outlook Express (6.0 or later):

In Outlook Express, you cannot add an entire domain. Instead, you will need to add the specific email address that the desired messages come from.

•From the Tools menu, select Address Book.

•Click New and select New Contact from the drop-down menu that appears.

•Enter the email address and any other details you want, then click OK.

If you have an email message from Listingbook, from that message you can also:

•Right-click the sender’s name or email address in the “From” field of the header.

•Select Add to Address Book in the shortcut menu that appears.

NOTE:  If Automatic Picture Download is turned off, messages from or to email addresses or domain names on the Safe Senders and Safe Recipients Lists will be treated as exceptions and the blocked content will be downloaded.
