What is it?
My Listings is a quick and efficient property manager tool that provides the ability to track your Listings’ within Listingbook. The View Listings page is separated into two sections. The top portion is for On Market listings that are active properties available in the selling process. The bottom portion is for all Off Market listings that are no longer active properties within Listingbook. The purpose of the View Listings Grid is to track and display all the activity for On Market listings within Listingbook, plus save all activity for quick reference of Off Market listings.
How do I use it?
The View Listings Grid displays all of your On Market listings in the top portion for easy access to active properties in Listingbook. Each listing is displayed on a separate row with specific information and activity statistics provided. The View Listings Grid is your gateway into the Property Dashboard , the central repository for all activity related to the property within Listingbook. To access a Property Dashboard, click on any listing displayed in the Address Column. You can also access the Property Dashboard by clicking on the activity results in the following columns: Days On Market, Unique Views, Totals Views, Capsule Views, Favorites, Rejects, Agent Views, and Competition.
Additionally, the View Listings Grid provides the ability to assign a listing(s) to your clients. Simply by clicking the “Assign Now” link in the Assigned column for listings that are not currently assigned to a specific Client Folder. Once a property has been assigned, then it will display the Client Folder name in the Assigned column of the View Listings grid. Off Market listings may not be assigned. The View Listings Grid provides all the necessary functionality to track and manage your On Market and Off Market Listings.
View Listings Grid – Provides a snapshot of data for all your listings, and allows you to view which properties have a seller attached.
Activity Tab – Displays all of your On Market and Off Market Listings within Listingbook. The top portion displays all On Market Listings. The bottom portion stores all the data for Off Market Listings.
Listing Details Tab – Provides a snapshot of data for all your listings based on the property details and listing information. The top portion displays all On Market Listings. The bottom portion stores all the data for Off Market Listings.
On Market – Active listings within Listingbook.
Off Market – Listings that are no longer Active Listings within Listingbook.
Show Drop Down – Allows you to select the number of properties per view in each grid.
Show Only Drop Down– Enables you to select the year for the Off Market Listings you wish to view. Off Market Listings are organized by year.
Property Views – All Listings within Listingbook have data stored based on how many users have viewed the property on the Listingbook System. Views types include Unique, Capsule, Total, and any other areas within Listingbook that a property is displayed.
Listing – A property within Listingbook that has the ability to be assigned to a Client.
Assigned – Listing that has been linked to a specific Client Folder within Listingbook.
Search Input Box – Allows you to type a specific address so that you can search quickly through your Listings. Your Listings will begin to update once you begin typing. To return to the full list, click the "Show All" link beside the input box.
Suggested Action Items– Tasks that are created based on activity within the Listingbook system. Action Items are a guide for next steps in the system based on previous actions or activity.
Can I Assign my Listing to a Seller from this page? Yes, simply by clicking the “Assign Now” link in the Assigned column for listings that are not currently assigned to a specific Client Folder. Once a property has been assigned, then it will display the Client Folder name in the Assigned column of the View Listings grid. Off Market listings may not be assigned.
What are Suggested Action Items? Suggested Action Items are tasks that are created based on activity within the Listingbook system. Action Items are a guide for next steps in the system based on previous actions or activity
Can I unassign a Listing from the View Listings Page? No, in order to unassign a Listing you must go to the Client Folder to remove the Listing. The Seller Services tab within the Client Dashboard provides the ability to unassign a Listing.
What happens if one of my Listings goes Off Market? The Listing will be placed into the bottom portion of the View Listings Grid. All Off Market Listings will be organized by the year the Listing went Off Market, and display is controlled by the “Show Only” drop down.
Can I sort the View Listings Grid? Yes, you can sort any column by clicking on the column header. Clicking the header once will sort the data from ascending to descending order. Clicking the header a second time will sort the data from descending to ascending.
What are the maximum number of Listings that I can have in the View Listings Grid? There is no maximum or limit to the number of Listings that you are allowed to display in the View Listings Grid. The View Listings Page will has the ability to display and track all Listing that you have managed within Listingbook.
Listingbook has been configured to print using the default settings of both your operating system (Microsoft Windows or Apple OS X)and your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari). If you are experiencing printing issues, please consult your operating system or browser documentation to revert your print settings.
